What does this error mean? You’d see this error if you’re a user without permission to run extensions. You’re probably going to need to ask your admin to help you out.

The Solution

Your admin will need to go into the CRM under Setup > Users and Control > Security Control. Next, find the profile in question.

Make sure that “Manage Extensibility” is enabled.

If we try again, it’s a success!
