I’ve tried several of the SMS extensions in Zoho CRM and this is by far the best. The UI is great and is very similar to real text messages. Also the Support is very helpful with questions and getting you set up.
Twilio interface for texting has been working well for us and Jeremy and his team have been responsive to our questions and needs as they have arisen.
We needed a better way for our Teams to connect with our new customers as not everyone is on top of their emails and checking voicemails. SMS is a great way to accomplish this. We also needed a paper trail of any text message conversations in Zoho CRM.
