In this article, we’ll show you how to deactivate certain Twilio numbers in your CRM so that they aren’t used.
First, head over to Twilio From Numbers. You’ll get a list of your numbers like this:
Now, click on the one you don’t want to use in your CRM. This will take you to the details of that number.
